Refund Policy

Our primary concern is to keep our customers happy, which is why we try to have the most flexible return policy possible. If you are not happy with any part of your order, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to make things right. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card or PayPal account that you used when placing your order.


Cancellations submitted via e-mail within 24 hours of purchase will not incur any fees. Cancellations submitted after 24 hours may incur restocking and return fees from our manufacturers and will be analyzed on a case by case basis. Where possible we will try to intervene to avoid such fees.

Returns for unused products

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You may return items within 30 days of the date of purchase. Please email our customer service team to initiate a return. 

Damaged Items

We take the quality of our products very seriously. Although rare, items do sometimes arrive damaged sometimes from transit. In the case that this happens, please notify our customer service team and we can help you with a refund.
